Tanya Lepera-Petzer
Following the completion of her BA in Journalism, English and Political Science, Tanya headed to London to gain some valuable international corporate experience. In London she worked as an Analyst in Capital Markets for Goldman Sachs International, moving on after 4 years to join SOFIS International as Vice-President in Integration Advisory, advising European private banks on integration of their business cultures. After almost 7 years away, Tanya returned home to South Africa with the vision of helping the South African business climate become a hub of excellence.
Melissa Middleton
Following the completion of her Honours degree in Industrial Psychology , Melissa joined Rand Mines as a graduate intern where she discovered she had a passion for guiding and developing the most valuable asset in a company – the people. Melissa went on to develop a successful career in human resources across consulting, retail and service sectors and held senior leadership roles in Woolworths, Afrox and Capital One Nedcor Alliance. Melissa recognised the importance of having a holistic view of people management beyond traditional HR and her strengths in helping businesses implement new talent management strategies and culture change initiatives have seen her win international recognition.
